10:30-11:00am – Review Class Structure and Coaching Score Card  
11:00-12:00pm – Planning for Success. Creating the Vision, setting goals, and implementation
12:00-1:00pm – Lunch
1:00-2:00pm - Staffing & Payroll
2:00-3:30pm – Sales Systems. Defining your ideal client, on-ramping, retention, upsells, offering value.  
3:30-4:30pm – Operating Systems. Systems make or break businesses!

F.A.Q.

What do I need to bring?
We will be providing you with print materials and information, but a notebook or laptop for taking notes is suggested.

Will we be working out?
Do we really need to even answer this question? Of course we will be training, so make sure you bring proper gym apparel. We have a full service protein smoothie bar for any pre or post workout nutrition needs. 

Where can I stay during the mentorship?
Varsity House is 30 minutes from New York City, and there are several hotels only minutes from the gym. Click HERE to find your preferred accommodations, but we recommend the Hilton Pearl River.

Will there be time to ask specific questions regarding my personal business goals?
Everyone will get a chance to sit in the "HOTSEAT" to address their specific needs.
