Celeste began training with us during our 6 Week Transformation Challenge in 2013. In six short weeks she not only lost fat and gained muscle, but made the decision to make her fitness and nutrition a priority. Since then she has not only done the Transformation multiple times, she has also taken advantage of our SNAP Nutrition Program. LOST OVER 40 POUNDS!

Rachel started training with us during our 6 Week Transformation in 2015. Since then she completely change her appearance and lifestyle. She now  comes to class at least 6 days per week and has taken part in all of our programs offered at Varsity House!! She has exceeded expectations with a huge weight loss of nearly 40 pounds!
